Are you a busy mom who is up and out the door to start your full schedule and don't have the time to get the kids ready for their day? This gives many dads the opportunity for precious, yet at times challenging, moments with their daughters. Maybe dad steps in to lend a helping hand.....perhaps filling in for mom to fix his daughter's hair?
Do you remember the commercial with Pittsburgh Steelers DeAngelo Williams doing his daughter's hair? Well, MomsEveryday thought it would be fun to do our own DadDo challenge. We're here with daddy Derek and his daughter Olivia. With the help of Pantene, we have supplied daddy Derek with a DadDo kit from Walmart.....so let's get started!
With the hot and humid temperatures, it can make it a little more challenging for dads to do their daughters hair, but dads don't worry because we have the perfect product to tackle any challenge. Pantene's detangler spray will turn that dreaded pulling and tugging to get those crazy knots out into cheers rather than tears. Now daddy Derek will have a much easier time putting pig-tails in daughter Olivia's hair so they have more time for daddy-daughter day.
MomsEveryday values these precious moments that dads are given. In honor of Father’s Day and in partnership with Pantene at Walmart, Chasing Roots is giving away 10 Dad Do Bags. These packs include “Dad-Do” instruction cards, a mirror, a brush, Pantene Detangler, hairbands, and a $5 Walmart gift card, and would make lovely gifts for dads of daughters.
To receive your kit, take a picture of dad brushing, styling, braiding, or even putting a bun in daughter’s hair and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be notified by email on Father’s Day – June 19th – and kits will be mailed the following week. Supplies are limited.
Happy Father’s Day!
