In Girl Scouts, girls discover the fun, friendship and power of girls together. Girl Scouting helps girls develop their full individual potential; relate to others with increasing understanding, skill and respect; develop values to guide their actions and provide the foundation for sound decision-making; and contribute to the improvement of society through their abilities, leadership skills and cooperation with others.
In partnership with committed adults; girls develop qualities that will serve them all their lives – like strong values, social conscience, and conviction about their own potential and self-worth.
The Girl Scout Council of the Florida Panhandle serves more than 8,500 girls ages 5-17 and 2,500 adult volunteers in Bay, Calhoun, Escambia, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Lafayette, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Taylor, Wakulla, Walton, and Washington counties.
