CCS has many tools in our tool chest to restore floor coverings that most people would replace, but CCS can save you thousands of dollars in replacement through our process.
STEP 1: Pre-Inspection
Every great carpet cleaning experience starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our service technician will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.
STEP 2: Commercial Pre-Vacuum
Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed with a special Turbine Vacuum System to remove bonded dry soil. Dry soil is removed by a thorough vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning. (Chairs and tables will be carefully moved.) Larger pieces, beds and dressers are left in place under our regular pricing structure. Furniture will be protected with blocks and tabs.)
STEP 3: Pre-Spray & Pre-Spot
Traffic areas and spots are pretreated for more effective soil and spot removal.
STEP 4: Pre-Groom
Your carpet will be pre-groomed with a carpet groomer or rotary cleaning machine (depending on soil level) to further loosen traffic area soil.
STEP 5: Extract & Rinse
Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated so that carpet is not over-wet. We clean with water temperature between 180 °F - 190 °F. Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced so that there is no sticky residue left behind.
STEP 6: Post-spot Treatment
If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Note: Permanent stains identified by our service technician may not be removed.
STEP 7: Post Grooming
The carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying and visual appeal.
STEP 8: Post Inspection
Please walk through your home or business to inspect our work. Let us know that you are pleased by signing our service receipt.

When Scotchgard is applied properly, it will create a protective shield that repels liquid, dirt and grime, thus giving you the time you need to clean the spills and prevent stains. If you spill red wine for instance, and the carpet does not have Scotchgard, you will see the carpet turn a pink color as the wine absorbs into the fibre. If you spill that same glass of wine and your carpet is Scotchgard protected, you will see the wine bead up and remain on top of the carpet. By repelling the liquid, you can run and grab some paper towel, apply it to the spill and let the liquid absorb into that, rather than your carpet.
The other fantastic benefit of Scotchgard is the prevention of wear patterns in the carpet. If you have ever looked closely at peoples carpets you can usually see where they walk most often. The carpets in high traffic areas often discolor from wear and tear. The protective shield of the Scotchgard prolongs the beauty of those areas and prevents the carpet from discolouring as quickly. If you want to prolong the splendor of your carpets and furniture, Scotchgard can accomplish that goal for you.
Here's Our 8-Step Tile & Grout Restoration Cleaning Process
Step 1: We pre-inspect the floors to determine the type of stone, tile and grout. We look for cracks in the flooring as well as residue left by wax or old sealers.
Step 2: Our technicians will sweep and vacuum to remove all the loose soil from the floor.
Step 3: We will move the furniture, although large piece such as entertainment centers will remain in place unless empty.

Step 4: We pre-condition the floor with IICRC recommended cleaning compounds designed
for stone or tile which loosens the soil to make rinsing more effective.
Step 5: We will hand scrub heavily soiled areas like grout lines. This is where the soil has been absorbed deep in the grout pours.
Step 6: Once the soil has been loosened our state of the art truck-mounted equipment will rinse the floor and extract any re
maining soil.
Step 7: Our high-velocity air movers can speed dry time, allowing you to use the room almost immediately after we finish.
Step 8: After we finish, our technicians will conduct a post-inspection along with you to make sure you
are satisfied with the work. If there is any step that needs to be repeated, we will be happy to do so.

Step 1: Pre-Inspection
Our technician will perform special tests to determine the content of your fabric. The content will determine what type of cleaning solutions and techniques will be used. We will also point out any areas of concern.
Step 2: Area Preparation
We will prepare the area where the upholstery will be cleaned to protect your surrounding furnishings.
Step 3: Pre-Vacuum
All textiles should be vacuumed thoroughly before cleaning. This will remove any loose particles from crevices.
Step 4: Pre-Treat
A special solution designed for your fabric type and the soiling condition will be applied to "emulsify" the soil.
Step 5: Pre-Spot
Any potentially difficult spots will be pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.
Step 6: Pre-Groom
The fabric will then be gently groomed using soft upholstery brushes to loosen the soil.
Step 7: Soil Extraction and Rinse
The soil is then extracted from the fabric with a gentle, controlled rinse. The fabric is then pH balanced to maintain its soft, fresh feel.
Step 8: Post Spot
Any remaining spots will be treated with special stain removal products.
Step 9: Post Groom
The upholstery will then be prepared for drying with a gentle combing of the fabric.
Step 10: Post Cleaning Inspection
Our technician will review the cleaning results with you to insure that your expectations have been met or exceeded.
