About Us

Centris Federal Credit Union is your trusted life-long financial partner. We have 12 Nebraska locations to conveniently serve our members. Visit, click or call today! https://www.centrisfcu.org. Our vision is that Centris is the place where everyone in our communities wants to work and to belong. 2009 marked the 75th anniversary of Centris Federal Credit Union. As a full service financial institution, we can provide you with products and services for all your needs. We'll work hard to establish a personal relationship with you that reflects our concern for your home, your community and your lifestyle.

Our mission is to become your trusted lifelong financial partner. To do that, we provide service that goes above and beyond. As the recipient of two Better Business Bureau Integrity Awards, Centris takes pride in ensuring that our day-to-day interactions with members and the public are always about doing the right thing. We are consistently voted as the #1 credit union in the communities we serve and our employees are known for their dedication to developing trust and helping our members reach their financial goals. We’re among the best credit unions for auto loans, checking accounts, savings and certificates, mortgages, commercial loans and financial planning. Whether you’re already a member or thinking about becoming one, if there’s ever anything you need, just ask. Making your financial life easier is the spirit of Centris.

What Makes Centris Different?

We’re focused on the right things.
Centris is a not-for-profit financial organization. We pass the savings onto you. We don’t have stockholders, and any profits we make are turned back to our members in the form of lower rates on loans and higher rates on savings as well as improved products and services. We concentrate on providing our members with affordable financial products, not maximizing stockholder earnings.

We have members, not customers.
Centris is democratically operated by its members, allowing account holders an equal say in how the credit union is operated, regardless of how much they have on deposit at the credit union. The directors on our board are member volunteers who have been elected to serve by Centris members.

Join Centris and Experience the Benefits of a Credit Union

At Centris you’re a member-owner! That means our focus is on serving you!

That’s why you’re often greeted by name at any of our 11 branches. It’s why we listen to your needs and goals – and we answer with products and services designed to give you a financial advantage. And it’s why, as a member of Centris, you have the opportunity to elect our board of directors, unpaid volunteers who believe that credit unions can uniquely benefit our communities in many ways.

The employees of Centris are proud to serve our neighbors who live, work, worship or attend school in the counties of Douglas, Sarpy or Lincoln in Nebraska or Pottawattamie in Iowa.

We believe in improving the quality of life in the communities we serve – whether it’s helping a family buy a first home, assisting with a new business venture or supporting local non-profit organizations and charities.

What’s more, Centris is open to the relatives of existing members so that entire families can enjoy the benefits of a credit union.

So if you’re already a member of Centris, thank you for making us who we are. If you’re not yet a member, ask yourself this: Who owns your current bank?
