Integrity in the Toolbox

If you need to get some bumps and bangs out of the body of your car, some integrity in the tool-set can help take the sting out of the process.

Searl Auto Body has the Better Business Bureau's Integrity Award for 2012 and Searl's Chelsie Schmitz says, "We're super excited. We are a family-run shop that's been around for 50 years."

She says one of the things they like to do is break down some of the stereotypes in the auto repair business.

"We know that when our customers walk in the door, for some reason that stereotype kind of lingers," she said. "They kind of have that inherent, 'I don't know if they're going to take advantage of me,' kind of feeling."

Chelsie says Searl likes to build relationships with their customers.

"We give honest estimates. We answer questions with our customers' interest in mind," she said. And they offer a 100% warranty on parts and labor to back that up.
