Q: What kind of merchandise do you carry? Is it all just for babies?
A: We have products for kids of all ages. In clothing, we carry sizes newborn -14 for girls and newborn - 6 for boys. You will find dresses, 2 piece outfits, hats, bows, headbands, socks, shoes, backpacks, tote bags, jewelry, blankets, bibs, wall decor, doll clothes, tutus, bling shirts and much more! Feel free to bring your children in with you to shop... we have a great comfy corner with chairs, a TV and toys to entertain them.
Q: We have a special occasion coming up. Can you make her an outfit?
A: Absolutely! We offer 2 different styles of custom made birthday t-shirts and usually accompany them with a hand-made tutu and matching hair accessory. We also have other ready to go outfits that would work perfectly for your celebration. In addition to birthdays, we can also make tutus and/or hair accessores to match your own tops, or something you find here for holidays or pictures. Custom orders should be placed no later than one week in advance to ensure enough time to complete them.
Q: My child has a birthday party to attend. Can you help in finding a great gift?
A: Yes! And, we even offer free gift wrapping! This makes it so easy for you as a parent, and also saves you quite a bit of money. Gift ideas include, but are not limited to train cases filled with nail polish/lotions/lip gloss, bottle cap necklaces with interchangeable charms, kits to decorate your own shoes, bracelets, tote bags, lap desks, and much more! Posh Princess has affordable items that won't break the bank for those parties you seem to get invited to every weekend!
Q: What is your price range?
A: The goal of Posh Princess is to give you the boutique look without paying the often inflated boutique prices. There is nothing in the store inventory at this time over $65 (and that is for a high-end designer). Average cost of a 2 piece outfit is $38. Hair accessories range from $3-12. Tutus range from $22-32. You can pick up a great baby gift set that includes a blanket, bibs and burp cloths for under $30. We want you to feel good about your purchases, and keeping our prices low helps that to occur.
Q: Do you have gift certificates and what is your return policy?
A: Gift certificates are available in any denomination. They will carry a 6 month expiration date. All merchandise has a 30 day return policy, with the exception of hair accessories and custom (hand-made) items. Due to health regulations, no returns or exchanges can be made on hair accessories. Original tags must remain on clothing, and your receipt showing your method of payment must be present.
