Specialty-size mattresses can typically be assembled and delivered to you in less than two weeks. Contact your local store for details.
Can you make me a mattress for my antique bed?
Yes. Comfort King can custom-build a sleep set for you in any size or shape. For antique beds, we recommend you measure the width and the length of the inside of the bed frame prior to speaking with a local store. Alternatively, we can measure the antique bed for you. Specialty-size mattresses can typically be assembled and delivered to you in less than two weeks. Contact your local store for details.
Does Comfort King offer foam mattresses?
Yes. We can order foam cores in any dimension with a variety of density/firmness options. Please allow up to 4 weeks for custome foam orders
Can I purchase a mattress only?
Yes, you can purchase a mattress only. However, your mattress is only as good as the support beneath it. We recommend purchasing a mattress and a foundation at the same time in order to receive the best comfort and support.
Why should I buy a mattress and a foundation at the same time?
A mattress and a foundation are designed to work together. An old foundation will usually lack the uniform support that is necessary for your new mattres; resulting in premature “sagging”. We recommend purchasing a new mattress and foundation at the same time in order to receive the best comfort and support.
What does Comfort King’s warranty cover?
Comfort King guarantees all sleep set purchases from defects in workmanship and materials on a 100% non-prorated basis. Should service be needed, your mattress or foundation will be repaired (at Comfort King’s discretion) at no charge. You are responsible for any transportation charges. If you do not live in the area in which you purchased your mattress set, long distance transportation costs apply. Contact your local store for details. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear, including body impressions less than 1.5 ” deep.
I moved away from my original place of purchase and I have a service issue. What should I do?
In the event your mattress or box spring needs servicing, please contact the Comfort King location at which it was originally purchased.
Do you offer shipping to areas where there isn’t a Comfort King? What are the shipping costs?
Yes, Comfort King will ship products to you even if there is no Comfort King location in your area. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which vary by product and destination. Contact the closest Comfort King location to you for details.
Comfort King was started by two entrepreneurs – Chris Larson & Randall Dolter – in 1994 in Sioux Falls, SD. Their vision involved designing & selling directly to the end-user a hand-crafted mattress, for a lower price than the traditional retailers, while offering an innovative level of long-term service.
In 1997, Comfort king opened their second location in Fargo, ND.
Now that we have moved into our new location in Fargo (Nov 2007), Comfort King owns the property & buildings in both of our markets, which is a testament to #1 our commitment to this industry & #2 the financial stability of our company.
Thank you! to all of our patrons over the past 22 years. Without your trust and wise choice to purchase our quality product, we would not be here today.
