Q: What does Boys & Girls Club offer?
Boys & Girls Club of Bowling Green offers an after school and summer program for children between the ages of 6 and 18. Members participate in national programming, recreation time, technology time and arts & crafts activities.
Q: What does your national programming include?
National programs are available in the areas of education, the environment, health and nutrition, the arts, career exploration, alcohol and drug prevention, pregnancy prevention, gang prevention, leadership development and athletics.
Q: What are your hours of operation for the members?
In the afterschool program our hours are 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for the members to attend. During the summer program hours we are open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Q: Who is eligible to become a member of Boys & Girls Club?
All children between the ages of 6 and 18 can become a member of Boys & Girls Club.
Q: Tell me about the Summer Program?
The Boys & Girls Club summer program consists of national programs, recreation time, technology time, and arts & crafts. During the summer our members also participate in field trips to the water park, bowling, skating and to the many parks around the community. Breakfast, lunch and a snack are provided for all members during the summer as well.
