Back to Bedtime

In no time, we’ll be sending our kids out the door and on their way to school. But before that happens, it’s important children get back to bedtime, if they’ve been staying up later during the summer.

Pediatric sleep expert, Connie Schnoes says the best way to get kids back on a school year sleep routine is to gradually wake them earlier each day and not let them nap during the day so they'll be more tired when it's time to go to bed at night.
