Jog Your Memory

I'm always telling my kids to go outside and play and have them enrolled in Tae Kwon Do.

And I'm glad I've been keeping them active, because not only is it good for their physical health, according to researchers at the University of Illinois, it's linked to brain fitness.

A study of kids showed that more physically fit children had stronger brain tissue, which – obviously – can lead to a stronger ability to pay attention and to remember.
