Q: With all the changes in home loan requirements, how can I find out what house I can qualify to buy?
A: I always suggest that you work with the lender of your choice to find out what they would qualify you to buy, before you start looking. That way you won't look at a house that is out of your price range, and be disappointed when you try to buy it.
Q: What if I list may home for sale and find another home to purchase, but I can't get my home sold?
A: That's where our guaranteed program can be of great help to you. If we can't sell your home in a given period of time, we will have it bought for cash, allowing you to go ahead and buy your new home.
