You will find our beautiful new store to be an intimate and comfortable setting; one Luisa designed. We have an extensive inventory with over 5,000 pieces of fine jewelry to share with you. This ranges from gorgeous engagement and wedding sets in our exclusive bridal area to a vault filled with loose diamonds of all sizes, shapes, and grades. We also buy diamonds direct from selected mines in Canada and Russia, with prices as fabulous as the gemstones they value. As an Antwerp Diamond Broker, we enjoy access to the finest diamonds available on the market. Our diamond buyer will sort through over a hundred gems with a cutter before finding a diamond we will be proud to show you because you deserve it.

We take our trade seriously, requiring all our new associates to learn their craft through graded GIA (Gemological Institute of America) course work, extensive mentoring, and our own Luisa Graff University. You will talk to friendly people who love jewelry and know what they are talking about. If we don't know the answer to your question, we won't guess we'll find out. Being honest and straightforward is how we do what we do.

Q: Do we carry conflict free diamonds?
A: Yes. We guarantee all our diamonds to be conflict free.
Q: Do you have on site jewelry repair/custom?
A: Yes we have two very talented and highly experienced onsite jewelers who also specialize in customer jewelry.
Q: Do you finance?
A: Yes we offer financing. We also offer interest free for 90 days on layaways.
Q: How long has Luisa been in business?
A: She has been serving Colorado Springs for over 30 years, not only as our hometown jeweler but with all her support in our local community and military.
Q: Is there anything besides the 4 C’s that I should look for when purchasing a diamond?
A: There are other components that you may wish to become familiar with, such as girdle and table, and these will be explained as well in the following paragraphs. But “the four C's” are the most important points to know about. What you learn will go a long way to helping you make the perfect choice.
