Welcome to G3 Land and Home.... New to Ardmore, but Not new to Real Estate. For over 10 years, Cindy has helped build a successful Real Estate & Auction Company. Now she is extending her Expertise by opening a new office in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Cindy is passionate about providing the best in Buyer and Seller Services. Cindy began her career in 1984 with Federal Land Bank in Southeastern Oklahoma. From there she continued in the Ag business with ASCS, Department of Agriculture in Kansas and Oklahoma. Being married and raising her children in an agricultural environment increased her love of Farm and Ranch Business. Cindy is an Ardmore Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and a United Way Ambassador. Cindy is the mother of two Beautiful daughters and Grandma to a handsome baby boy.

Rodney Brooks - G3 Land and Home welcomes new Realtor Associate Rodney Brooks to our team.  Rodney is a lifetime Stephens County resident.  He worked for Halliburton for 8 years, then went to work for the United States Postal Service.  He spent 31 years doing Special Detail Assignments across the state and retired as Postmaster of Duncan Oklahoma. Rodney specializes in farm and ranch properties, but is familiar with all areas of real estate. He lives in Bray Oklahoma. He has three children, all married and is proud grandfather of three special grandchildren. Rodney prides himself on matching people to properties and helping them achieve their dreams. “If I can assist you with listing property or finding that special place, call me and I will do my best to make it happen.”

Tim Longest - Tim has been a life long resident of this area and spent 33 years building and operating a very successful insurance agency and real estate development business.
