Q: What is Alorica?
A: Alorica is an in-bound customer care center for a specific client. You will be taking Billing and customer care calls and helping existing customers.
Q: What hours will I work?
A: Alorica is seniority based. Beginning, you will work on either Saturdays or Sundays. Later you will be able to apply for times based on seniority.
Q: What is my pay?
A: Pay starts at 8 dollars an hour during your training and 9 dollars an hour plus bonuses after your training is completed.
Q: What is the training time?
A: Training lasts 8 weeks. The first 4 weeks are 11:15AM to 7:00PM. the second 4 weeks are 2:15PM to 11:00PM.
