I have had my license for 16 years.   Education is important and I have spent time to receive my Graduate of Real Estate (GRI) and I just received my Council of Residential Specialists  (CRS).   The Glenwood Springs Board of Realtors was an important step for me when I lived in Rifle.   I served as a director for 5 years and the President for two terms.   Helping people sell their homes is my passion along with helping first time home buyers.

Why Get Pre-Qualified?

  1. Pre-qualification acts as a dry run of the loan application process. The mortgage lender will use details you provide about your credit, income, assets and debts to arrive at an estimate of how much mortgage you can afford.
