Heather Hall, Owner and Personal Trainer of Body Overhall has quick ways to battle the bulge using a stability ball.

Hall says stability balls are inexpensive and great to have around the home for quick workouts.

"They increase the stability in your body and make your muscles work a little harder and incorporate more of your body instead of just isolating and focusing on one area," said Hall.
