Q: Can you explain the carpet cleaning process
A: All carpet cleaning is done with hot water extraction. Steamatic uses a patented re-circulating system that keeps the water temperature between 192-195 degrees. We use a pre-spray to loosen existing soil and treat stains with appropriate solutions.
Q: Do you use shampoo to clean carpets?
A: We do not use shampoo. Soaps and shampoos can cause residue to be left behind with can cause the carpet to get dirtier much faster.
Q: Are the cleaning solutions safe?
A: Yes. We pre-spray the carpeting with a mild alkaline cleaner. It is very safe for children and pets.
Q: Can you explain the air duct cleaning process?
A: We use a source removal system using a negative air machine and an air whip system. The air whip loosens the particulate while the negative air machine (which is a large vacuum that sits outside the home) sucks the dust and debris down to the basement and out to the negative air machine outside.
Q: What are the benefits to having my air ducts cleaned?
