Wisconsin Car Seat Laws and Best Practices

We all know that our children need to be in car seats from the time they are born until they are old enough for booster seats and then to just regular seatbelts. But at what ages do all these transitions happen? Are there any height and weight requirements? What do the laws actually say?

Tina Davern from Eau Claire Ford Lincoln gives us all the facts. She explains what type of restraint is required for each age AND size of child---all the way from newborns up to the age that your child can use a regular seat-belt.
