Taryn Vanderford co-anchors “First at Four” with her husband, Jon Vanderford, serves as the MomsEveryday host in Lincoln and central Nebraska, and reports for the show "Pure Nebraska." In Taryn's 20 years in the broadcast industry, she's also been a radio announcer, adjunct professor and a producer for HGTV. Pulling from her HGTV design background, Taryn produces and hosts "House Works" segments. Taryn and Jon are the proud parents of Jacob 12 and Olivia 9.

Carolyn O’Neil, MS, RD – Nutrition Advisor to Best Food Facts

Carolyn O’Neil has a master’s degree in Nutrition and Communication from Boston University (1980) and an undergraduate degree in Foods and Nutrition from Florida State University (1976.) She completed her Dietetic Internship at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital, San Diego and has been a registered dietitian for 30 years. Carolyn lives in Atlanta and has two children, Jack 24 and Katie 21 both of whom like to cook and eat healthy foods when dining out because “My mom is a dietitian.”

Annie Payne has worked in the media for 10 years as a blogger, home and garden columnist, radio DJ, and currently as the television host of MomsEveryday Western Colorado. She is the well-meaning mother of 16-year-old twin sons and 13-year-old daughter. Annie passionately believes in the MomsEveryday mission of making mom's easier. She specializes in home organization and management, being true to oneself, bear hugging, and bathroom selfies. 

Bao Vang is a part-time journalist and a full-time mom and wife. Throughout the last eight years, she was an anchor, reporter and producer at television stations in Wausau and Green Bay, Wisconsin. Bao, her husband Noah and their 5-month-old daughter Nina are happy to be back in her hometown of the Twin Cities.

Danielle Herzog is the blogger behind Martinis and Minivans, a blog for anyone who has ever needed a martini after driving a minivan around all day. Or for anyone who has just ever needed a martini.

A New Yorker now living the Midwest life as a somewhat sarcastic writer, mother and wife, Danielle has been a freelance writer for over seven years.  Her work has been featured in The Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, The Huffington Post,, What to, Nickelodeon’s Nick Mom and various other national and local publications and sites. She writes a weekly parenting advice column called “The Sassy Housewife” for Momaha which is featured in the Omaha World Herald’s Living section and she also can be seen every month on The Morning Blend as a monthly parenting panelist.

She co-authored the anthology “The Mother of All Meltdowns” and is currently completing her first novel called You Can Still Make a Baby With Your Socks On.
