HOPE's primary care physicians and interdisciplinary team of professionals provide and coordinate all services, providing "one stop shopping" for program participants. Comprehensive services include: day center, home care, medical care, medications, medical transportation, social services, rehabilitative services, nutrition counseling and more. Participants must be at least 55 years old and a resident of Sedgwick County.
"A year ago, I was sick and all alone. I didn't have any hope I would get well. Then I heard about Via Christi HOPE, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) operated by Via Christi Senior Services [Villages]."
"Here I am this year (at HOPE), with all these friends and wonderful staff to help me stay well. I feel like God put His hands in my life. The staff at HOPE are like angels." (HOPE participant)
