For chronic pain use moist heat for about 20 min at a time 2-3 times per day. Use Ice for a particulary bad episode and use epsom ssalts and pain relieveing gel

Where is your office located and how much does an appoinement cost?
We are located on the corner of 9th avenue & 20th street and we accept most insurance including workers comp and personal injury.
