Tailwind Indoor Cycling provides 45- minute high energy cycling experiences utilizing interval training, including weighted sequences, climbs and sprints to tone the entire body.  Our mantra is "Embrace the Journey Ahead, Unleash the Power Within."  Our inclusive environment  is accommodating to everyone regardless of age or fitness level.

Tailwind Indoor Cycling offers daily indoor cycling workouts designed to lead riders through a transformational fitness experience for the mind, body, and spirit. Our staff is dedicated to creating a motivating and inspired environment and providing our riders with a healthy and enjoyable escape from the outside world.

I'm not flexible enough to do yoga! Where do I start?
Yoga is much more than a stretching class. Yoga classes emphasize the importance of breathing and moving into postures that honor your body. Props are available to help with alignment and there is a significant strengthening component to the practice as well.

I've been looking for a non-impact way to get into shape. What are my options?
Both of our studios emphasize non-impact fitness. Tailwind Indoor Cycling is a high-energy, non-impact 45-minute class that combines indoor cycling with weight work. We always set an intention at the beginning of class and ride in the spirit of community. Our yoga, sculpt and barre classes are als non impact ways to move your body without excessive stress on the joints. While barre are set to high-energy music, our yoga flow classes provide physical as well as spiritual benefits.

Will yoga help me with stress?
Evidence shows that any form of exercise will help with stress, but yoga in particular with its emphasis on breathing and meditation, is a wonderful avenue for stress reduction.

Will someone help me figure out a plan once I join?
Our staff is there to serve our students, and we are dedicated to helping people achieve their goals and live with intention. Our studios and classes are designed to provide a variety of choices so that one may come every day and get what they need, whether it be a gentle yoga class or a cycling class, or a strength training class like BDY Sculpt.

How do I sign up?
We have a special for our new students- 30 days for $30, and $45 for both studios. We offer 10% off all passes and memberships if you sign up during your intro offer. There is no long-term commitment, and we offer 3 guest passes to members to share with friends.

Tailwind Indoor Cycling and Brown Dog Yoga are fitness options that have been established to meet all your fitness needs, for the mind, body, and spirit.

Classes

Tailwind Indoor Cycling uses the latest technology in the cycling industry to allow each individual rider to challenge themselves during every ride. Each bike comes equipped with an on-bike computer allowing riders to see distance, watts, heart rate and cadence during their workout.

Each rider can personalize their experience to get the workout they want.

Tailwind 45 is indoor cycling re-invented. With inspirational coaching, rockstar music, and a full body workout incorporating hand weights and core work, this 45-minute class will transform you from the inside out.  Set your intention and get ready to ride!
