Fruit smoothie popsicles


1 c vanilla Greek Yogurt

3 T honey

3/4 c frozen fruit, I used a combo of frozen mango and fresh cherries

1 c granola or make your own with this quick recipe - (I skipped the orange and ginger)

You will also need - 6 Dixie cups, aluminum foil cut into 3" squares, 6 Popsicle sticks


Add yogurt, fruit and honey to a blender and process until smooth. Add granola to bottom of cup, about 1 T per container. Fill with smoothie mixture and top with another layer of granola. Cover the cup with aluminum foil and insert Popsicle stick. Freeze for 3-4 hours. Enjoy!
