Ingredients

  • 1/4 c rolled oats
  • 2 T milk
  • 1/2 c vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 T maple syrup

Directions

Into a lidded jar with a 1 cup capacity add oats, milk, yogurt and maple syrup. Stir together add the lid and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 6 hours. Add chopped apples and a drizzle of syrup and serve.
