Time to cool off with a popsicle that’s not only tasty but also adds some fruit to your day. Try one of these fun treats or all three! Each recipe makes about two frozen pops. Freeze 4 hours to overnight. Frozen fruit works best.

Blueberry Popsicles
1 cup blueberries
zest of 1 lime
¼ cup + 2 Tbsp water
juice of ½ lime

Blend and Freeze

Strawberry Popsicles
1 cup strawberries
½ banana
1 Tbsp honey
½ cup coconut milk

Blend and Freeze

Peach Popsicles
1 cup peaches
½ cup coconut milk
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp sunbutter
