She suggests wearing weights on your ankles or wrists while doing everyday activities.
"I like to wear these weights on my wrists or my ankles when I'm doing things like blow drying my hair, putting makeup on or doing the dishes," Addie said.
You can even burn a few extra calories wearing the weights on your ankles around the house while cleaning.
