Chocolate banana shake with turmeric and cinnamon


Serves: 4
Serving Size: 1 cup

  • 2 cups milk
  • 12 pitted dates
  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 3/4 cup shelled roasted pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons Turmeric, Cocoa, Cinnamon and Nutmeg Blend


Prep Time: 5 minutes

Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.

Pour into glasses. Garnish with chopped pistachios and chocolate curls, if desired.
