Protein travel bars


1/2 c. almond butter
1/3 c. raw honey
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 c. whole oats
2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
Dark chocolate chips
Unsweetened coconut flakes


Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate mixture for 10 minutes. Press the refrigerated mixture into a square dish. Melt the dark chocolate, then pour over the top and spread evenly. Top with unsweetened coconut flakes and ground flaxseed. Freeze to set, then cut into bars.
